It's been a while since we have had a night that doesn't consist of being super tired on the couch. Last night, Nathan and I had plans to take Jonah on his first walk, open some grape juice from Nana (Nathan's mom), and order some pizza with a sweet gift card from Auntie Ali. I, of course, was super excited about this and got up and ready early that morning. :)
Nathan got home and it was beautiful out, so we took advantage and got Jonah out and about for the first time (since doctor visit last Friday). A co-worker of Nathan's mom got Jonah a bug cover which was nice for the walk. Nathan let me put Jonah in the car seat. I think I will be able to do it after a couple more attempts. I just have to have guidance and reassurance he's in okay. We went on a thirty minute walk or so. It was so nice not being out of breath by the time we reached the end of the street. It's a lot different walking with him on the outside, rather than in the belly. HAHA Very enjoyable.
We got home and just relaxed and listened to music and visited after his sponge bath. It was a nice change of pace. We love our little man. He was such an angel and slept all the way until we were done eating dinner. He is precious and considerate at such a young age already. Enjoy some pictures. We are about to go on another one this morning.
Ready to go on another one this morning!
